Do you have a physical shop I can visit?

No, Ealing Wine Cellars operates exclusively online. But we can arrange a visit to our Ealing HQ in advance. Just get in touch.

Yes, we deliver across Ealing and surrounding areas, as well as nationwide depending on the order. Delivery options and charges will appear at checkout.

Can I collect my order in person?

Yes, you can collect from our office. Check our Collect today section for collection within the hour or shop the full range for collection within 2 days.

Can I ask for wine recommendations before ordering?

Absolutely. If you’re looking for help choosing a bottle or need advice for a gift or event, send us a message and we’ll reply with personalised suggestions.

Do you accept special wine requests?

Yes. If there’s a particular bottle, vintage or producer you’re trying to find, contact us and we’ll check availability through our suppliers.

How quickly do you respond to enquiries?

Yes. We welcome trade, corporate and event enquiries. Just get in touch via the form and we’ll assist with pricing and availability.
