2018 China Girl Central Otago Pinot Noir, Crown Range Cellar

Sourced from some of the region’s finest vineyards—inky Bendigo, elegant Bannockburn, and spicy Gibbston—the vines average 25 years of age. Grapes are hand-harvested, with 25% whole bunch fermentation, and the wine is aged for 12 months in French oak. A very European approach that transpires into the glass.

This cuvée has received multiple accolades from the trade, including London IWC Pinot Noir Trophy.

"China Girl" delivers pure New Zealand character—vibrant fruit, skilled craftsmanship, and bold personality. The name is a nod to Jing’s heritage and a fearless, Bowie-inspired spirit: no corners cut, no mass production.

Expect bright red fruit, fine tannins, a touch of spice—balanced, fresh, and complex.
