Fruit from the clay & limestone soils of vineyards Mercurol, La Roche de Glun & Pont de l’Isere  - destemmed with only a gentle 3 week pumpover before aging in steel for 10 months.

A nose of black cherries and berries, pepper, with a lush full-bodied palate of spicy black fruit and finely-tuned tannins. Beautiful Syrah.
