Matelica is a subregion of Marche on the east coast of Italy, and the spiritual home of Verdicchio. It's here that Stefano Zoli has chosen to make wines under his own name after many years winemaking for others. The wines are a masterclass in drinkable, coastal freshness. Notes of apricot, green apple and almond balanced by crystalline mineral salinity.
